Adult Aerial Classes
Aerial Classes are Fun Fitness for Everyone!
No matter where you at on your fitness journey, aerial is a fun way to move you toward you goals.
Our Current Schedule
(Only 6 Spots are available per class)
Classes are 90 minutes long. Long classes allow for appropriate pilates-based warm ups, hand breaks between skills, and generous flexibility work in cool-downs.
Sundays: 10:15-11:15 am
Tuesdays: 6-7:30pm
AerFire currently utiizes the MindBody App for booking. Create an account in MindBody so you can schedule and reschedule from the comfort of home!

- I'm out of shape. Can I still come to Aerial?
- Yes!! At AerFire we are committed to meeting each participant where they are at. We teach a variety of skill levels and will help you find the moves that work for your body.
- I have an old injury that makes it hard for me to do certain things. Is Aerial safe for me?
- Safety is our top priority at AerFire. We will work together to help you modify any moves to make them work for you. We encourage you to listen to your own body and don't attempt anything that doesn't feel right to you.
