Hoola Hoop Fitness

Hula hooping is a fantastic, low impact exercise that is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. While elevating your heart rate, it strengthens your core and much more!


Hula hooping can improve your balance and boost your cardiovascular fitness. They can boost your fun factor in your fitness routine and give you an excellent workout at the same time.

Body Restore Classes

It's hard to get or stay active when your body hurts!

Body Restore Classes incorporate a technique called the MELT Method. We use soft foam rollers and soft balls to address pain and stiffness in the body. Attendees experience relief from pain & stiffness, gain greater balance & stability, prevent injuries, and more!

Pound Classes

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates inspired movements.

Using Ripstix, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin' out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibes And welcoming philosophy appeals to rock stars of all ages and abilities.
